In 2012, Mersadies began a career with Fanta Sea Resorts of Atlantic City, New Jersey under the direct leadership of Chief Executive Officer & National Real Estate Tycoon Bruce Kaye, in finance. She understood how to operate accounting systems but did not understand Real Estate. Mersadies requested to be placed in their in-house/state board approved Real Estate course and has been licensed & an investor in multi-states ever since.

Education

Mersadies holds a degree in Business Administration (Public Administration) and is an inductee & mentor of the international business honor society, Delta Mu Delta (ΔΜΔ). She is a Georgetown McDonough School of Business MBA Candidate and NBMBAA & Prospanica Fellow. Mersadies started her career as a Political Consultant and finds herself supporting many elected officials and organizations throughout the country. Mersadies is a pillar to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, New York, Georgia and Florida communities by board chair (one being Philadelphia’s Department of Behavioral Health & Intellectual Disabilities Services), community servant leadership, and taking pride in educating communities on all things real estate and economic development. Mersadies looks forward to becoming an essential part of your team to bring your vision from concept to completion.

Background

A native of Atlantic City, Mersadies lived in Philadelphia for over fifteen years. After migrating to Philadelphia for college at the mere age of 17, Mersadies decided to make Philadelphia her home. Mersadies has been commissioned to reside in many states in the United States.
